Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh
An increasing number of industries are now harnessing the
unique advantages that stainless steel welded mesh has to offer
The strength, hygiene and anti-corrosion properties it lends
on their application far outweigh any initial cost implications.
Whilst specialising in stainless steel, WMF have retained
the ability to manufacture panels in mild steel and many exotic
nickel alloys such as Monel, Incoloy and Titatanium. Numerous
finishes are available from galvanising to powder or plastic
coating or electro-polishing.

Custom Welded Mesh
WMF offer a standard range of welded wire mesh in
panels. In some instances however, these are insufficient to
meet with the desired requirements. To tackle this, WMF have
adapted over the years and are now perfectly geared up with a
wide array of jigs and tooling, in order to manually manufacture
unique specifications in both small and large quantities.
Technical Assistance
In theory there is an infinite number of combinations of pitch
size, wire diameter and material that can be produced. If you
have an application that requires a critical specification, in
order to achieve a particular result, we are always happy to
assist in the development of new meshes.

Fabrication
Mesh can be folded, rolled and manipulated into many forms to
create various wire fabrications, trays and baskets. Strengthening
of meshes can be achieved with the addition of perimeter frames
and reinforcing cross-bars.
Quality Assurance
As suppliers to some of the strictest quality orientated industries
such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pollution control and construction,
you are assured in the knowledge that we are able to meet with
even the highest of regulatory requirements and supply full material
test certification to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.
